- For all makeup products, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 21 business days. However, in exceptional cases, it might extend up to 28 days.
- For all nail products, estimated delivery time is 10-14 days. The processing time is 1-3 days (except presale items).
- Rest assured, every package dispatched comes with a tracking number for your convenience.
Handling Damaged Items: We’re committed to delivering your products in pristine condition. However, we recognize that on rare occasions, damages can occur in transit.
- If you find your item damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Reach out to our customer support at support@rynnfox.beauty. Kindly include a photo of the damaged product and a copy of the packing slip or order number.
- Once confirmed as a defect, we’ll dispatch a replacement to you at no extra cost within 7-10 business days.
