Our Return Policy:

For all our makeup products, we are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable.

For all our nail products, since they are custom-made to order, please note that they cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, should we make an error in your order, such as sending the incorrect size or color, we are committed to rectifying the situation. We will either provide a refund or send you a replacement set at no additional cost.

How to return:

1. Please contact us by emailing support@rynnfox.beauty with the following details: the order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Please pack the goods carefully in order to avoid damage in shipment.
3. Ship the package to the designated return address. However, you shall be responsible for shipping expenses. We strongly recommend you ship in a manner that allows you to track the return.
4. Most returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive your package. You will receive your refund in about 7-10 business days (depending on the payment methods) if your return has been accepted. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
