Expanding their brand, they introduced meticulously crafted handmade press-on nails from a chic studio. Prioritizing inclusivity and sustainability, they offer a range of eco-friendly products designed for every individual, ensuring luxury beauty doesn’t come with a luxury price tag.

2. Where do you ship to, and what are the shipping fees?

We ship to all addresses in the United States. Every order ships for FREE.

3. How long does shipping usually take?

  • For all makeup products, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 21 business days. However, in exceptional cases, it might extend up to 28 days.
  • For all nail products, estimated delivery time is 10-14 days. The processing time is 1-3 days (except presale items).
  • Rest assured, every package dispatched comes with a tracking number for your convenience. More details can be found on this page.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 2 days from receipt. Contact us at support@rynnfox.beauty with a photo of the damaged item and the order details. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional charge.

5. What is your return policy?

For all makeup products, we offer refunds for unwanted items returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and with hygiene seals untouched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For all our nail products, since they are custom-made to order, please note that they cannot be refunded or exchanged. 6. How do I initiate a return?

Please email support@rynnfox.beauty with your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason for the return. Follow the return instructions we provide and ship the item(s) back to us. You’ll be responsible for return shipping expenses.
